The Montreal Hash House Harriers

Community Projects

This year, the proceeds from the RDR fundraiser were donated to the Make A Wish Foundation in memory of Alana who left us almost a year ago.

The Red Dress Run was excellent. I'm amazed, and very happy, with the money raised. I told Cheap Thrills I would match the money raised while running on the street so you can count another $250 to the total giving over $1800 raised. I raised over $8200 through friends and family separately bringing the total to over $11,000 for Make A Wish. This Saturday, a little girl with a genetic neurological disorder is going to Disney World thru Make A Wish and that's the wish I chose to adopt in Alana's memory. - Matt (July 2007)
