Cool and cloudy. Mud, mud and mud except for the asphalt, a stream, lots of corn and other various vegetation in our way. Who knew golden rods grew so high??
The trail began on a new road with foundations for housing (into which Bl*w Job later dove, showing he really happy in a hole, in the ground). There were lots of trees which acted as a buffer between the Hashing world and everyone else.
Captain arrived just after 1pm, gave instructions, pointed, and off we went – then got lost. The lovely subdivision offered us poison ivy, a trickling brook, a large fluffy cat, and one man drinking coffee.
We later ran through an industrial zone, where in confusion, Oral Supplement laid much flour in all directions. Then we cut along a dirt road and through a fence where the trail took us "into the woods" (an excellent musical), over a stream, and right by some MOOOOooo corn. Crickets serenaded us throughout the run. We, the hashers, ran through another industrial park, right by the Jigsaw Puzzle warehouse, and arrived at the carpark.
At about 1 hour 15 minutes with lots of checkpoints, and false trails, it was a good run, praised by all.

Song - Father Abraham - lead by GM, which reminded this humble scribe of a lovely hymn sung at Sunday school, though perhaps without the "ahhhhhh" and thrusting. A black Lexus, stopped and rolled down their windows to watch us finish the song.
